Physical therapy, professional sports?

for a project in my college course i need to find job listings. I plan on being a physical therapist, but this class is focused on sports so, I am trying to search for a job in physical therapy (sports therapy) that works with professional teams. NBA, WNBA, Olympics teams, NFL, etc... Can anyone help me by giving me a link or by offering some sort of help to find a website which would show me these types of jobs.... also, monster.com and careerbuilder.com dont really help, so please don't tell me those. THANKS!

1. The APTA website at www.apta.org and your states local chapter of the physical therapy association both have job listings. However, to look for a job in the professional athlete arena, most of these jobs are landed by word of mouth, or by head hunters. They dont' typically advertise in job sites. ...otherwise they'd get thousands of applications a day. When a professional team is looking for staff, they usually already have someone in mind
