Balance Physical Therapy

Need advice in the fields of Sports Administration and Physical Therapy?

My 16 y/o son is trying to narrow down fields of interest for college. Any help would greatly be appreciated. THANKS!!!

1. Physical therapy is a great career and was recently named the number 2 most satisfying career. The BLS projects it to grow "much faster than average." In 2005, most PTs were earning between 50-70,000 a year, but the range is anywhere from 40-150,000. It depends on your region, specialty, etc. Most PT programs are competitive entrance graduate level programs resulting in either a MS or DPT level degree. Most programs are designed to be completed in 6-7 years with 3-4 years of undergraduate work. I would suggest going to the apta website at: http://www.apta.org and go to the educational programs section for info on the career and prospective schools.
