- I always found the most interesting way to start a speach is with a captivating example. In your case, maybe put yourself in the mindset of an athlete who has just been injured on the field. You're in pain, you're scared, will you ever play again? What's next? Then transition into your topic... You realize that it won't be easy, but with the help of a good therapist, you'll be back in the game. You'll have to flush out the details, but if you tell it like a good story, you'll have your audience eating out of your hand. But remember, you have to sell it... make them all feel the person's pain. Good luck! hope this helps...
- either "Youre an athlete then you get injured, oh no, what do you do??" or a captivating quote on physical therapy by a famous athelete
